What is included in ticket price?
Ticket is only a boarding pass. Seat selection is upon arrival.
Meal is not included in ticket price. Food can be ordered Al a carte on board.
You may purchase tickets yourself at official Radisson website or we can purchase them for you with 15% commission fee.
Where will we meet our tour guide?
Your guide will be waiting at the pier by ticket office.
As an option, we can provide 2-way car transfer with an English-speaking driver.
Can we pay by card?
Due to sanctions against Russia, only Russian-bank cards are currently accepted for payment.
You may pay in USD or rubles to our agent at your hotel.
