Cancellation policy
Please read cancellation policy carefully before booking.
Late arrivals
If you are late to agreed start time of the tour, the tour time is not extended.
Cancellation
If tour is cancelled less than 24 hours before start time, no refund will be made.
If tour is cancelled more than 24 hours before start time, refund is 15% - 50% of full tour price.
If tour is cancelled more than 24 hours before start time, refund is 15% - 50% of full tour price.

Payment methods
Pay by cash to our representative
Currently Russian companies can not charge credit cards of non-Russian banks.
The only way to pay is by cash to our representative in Rubles or USD.
We hope in the near future we can return to online and other credit card payment methods.
