What is the best time to start a full day tour?
This is a private tour so we can begin at the time most convenient for you.
Normally we start at 10:30.
When should I pay the tour?
The sooner you book and pay, the more chances that we have an available guide for you for requested date.
Can do I pay the tour? Do you take USD or Euro?
You can make bank or money transfer if you have a Russian bank card. In other case, our representative will meet you at hotel 2 days prior to tour to collect payment.
We accept payments in Rubles and USD or Euro at the exchange rate on the day of payment.
What type of automobile will be provided for the city tour?
For group 1 to 4 people - we use minivan Mercedes-Benz Vito/Viano.
For group 5 to 7 people - we use minibus Mercedes-Benz Mini Sprinter.
For group 8 to 15 people - we use minibus Mercedes-Benz Sprinter.
We can provide premium class automobiles - Maybach, Mercedes V-class or Zeekr 009 for an extra charge. Ask our manager for quote.

What is the cancellation policy?
If tour is cancelled less than 24 hours before start time, no refund will be made.
If tour is cancelled more than 24 hours before start time, refund 50% of full tour price.
