What time do the stores open and close?
Stores are open every day including weekends from 10:00 - 22:00.
Can I pay with a credit card in the stores?
Unfortunately, due to sanctions, cards of non-Russian banks will not work. You can only pay by cash in Russian rubles or with a Russian bank card. USD will not be accepted at the stores either.
If needed, driver can stop at the bank so you can exchange money to Russian rubles.
How do I pay for the driver service?
Pay cash in Rubles or USD to the driver upon return to the hotel when finished.
Is it possible to have lunch during Moscow Shopping Tour?
Yes! There will be plenty of options for lunch - restaurants, cafes, food courts, supermarkets.
Do staff in the stores speak English?
In most places the staff speaks basic English. There should be no problem to ask for needed size or color. If all fails, you can call the driver and s/he will help with translation ;)
